This clarification text has been prepared by Alon Metal San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (DORLIVA) in the capacity of data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles forCompliance with the Obligation to Inform.

Your data is processed based on the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is necessary forcompliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, and that processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, providedthat it does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

F. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing andwhether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad, request the correction/deletion/destruction of the data and requestthat these transactions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to theanalysis of the data, and request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests to our company by filling out the “Data Subject Application Form” available at www.dorliva.com and using the methods specified in our policy (in writing, via notary, orby secure electronic signature). Our company will conclude your request free of charge as quickly as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
